Helpdesk Analyst – Support Operations
Afilias's top level domain portfolio is second only to the .com and .net behemoths. We are the engine that drives much of the world's top level domain infrastructure including .org, .info, .mobi and many other TLDs.
Main purpose of the position
To configure, support and maintain Afilias’ custom-built software in pre-production and production environments. Work with members of Operations, Development and Quality Assurance departments to plan, schedule and promote changes to production systems.
• perform system administration tasks in a third-party hosted environment with a focus on maintaining Afilias' production software (e.g install software, troubleshoot system problems to effective resolution)
