The following policy (“Afilias URS Policy”) is announced pursuant to section 3.5.2 of the Registry- Registrar
Agreement (“RRA”) in effect between Afilias and each of its Registrars, and is effective upon thirty days’
notice by Afilias to Registrars. Afilias complies with the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (“URS”) dispute
resolution mechanism as it may be revised from time to time.
Pursuant to Section 4 (Registry-Registrar Agreement) of the URS High Level Technical Requirements for Registries
and Registrars (“URS Technical Requirements 1.0”, published 17 October 2013, posted at
http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registries/urs), the following Technical Requirements are to be followed by
Registrars to support the URS.

Registrar MUST accept and process payments for the renewal of a domain name by a URS Complainant in cases
where the URS Complainant prevailed.

Registrar MUST NOT renew a domain name to a URS Complainant who prevailed for longer than one year (if
allowed by the maximum validity period of the TLD).
