Internet Operations Specialist
The Internet Operations Specialist will join the Content Propagation and Resolution team ("CPR"). CPR is responsible for running the DNS of over 10% of the Internet, as well as devising and providing support for emerging protocols on the 'Net. In this role, the Internet operations specialist will design and implement the supporting infrastructure to run name-services applications in a globally distributed environment.
The Internet Operations Specialist may also take an active lead in developing and shaping the future of the Internet by working within the Internet community to define, build and implement emerging technologies.
The Senior Network Engineer will be part of the Content Propagation and Resolution team ("CPR"). The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues as they relate to Afilias registry services. Under minimal supervision, provides user support, general problem analysis and resolution, technical assistance, and training for registry services. Acts as Subject Matter Expert and represents Customer Support in related projects, including producing documentation, CS affecting / related projects. May lead or guide the work of others.
